  • Joint engagement with Tindall Foundation and Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority resulting in $2.5m allocation of government funding for housing repair initiative in Northland

  • GIFT working in partnership with entrepreneurs and innovators to test, scale and ccreate new systems to restore the mauri of Tikapa Moana/Te Moana-nui-a-Toi (The Hauraki Gulf) including $3,582,480 of grants funding
  • $210,000 in co-funding with NZ on Air and Stuff for a Republic Films documentary “Seasick”, giving voice to many GIFT funded projects and promoting a Te Ao Māori approach to restoration
  • $85,000 to Native Bird Rescue Charitable Trust for their Community Wildlife Connections programme to conserve native and endemic birds.
